You are about to book.
1. Teachers who sign up to our Early Bird Mailing List receive advance notice of our events before general release.
2. In addition, teachers who JOIN THIS SITE qualify for a free teacher place for every 10 paying student delegates (an offer exclusively for site members from 2024 onward, T&Cs apply)
Please note that this is a dedicated educational event and not open to the public.
Booking is only open to teachers or members of school / college administration on behalf of their students.
Students cannot book individually - if you wish to come, please draw your teacher's attention to our website.
If we still have places, you will be given a Provisional Booking. If we are fully provisionally booked at this time, you will be given a Reserve Booking.
If you are waiting before paying so as to confirm your numbers and / or have chosen to pay by bank transfer ie. offline, that's fine - a Provisional Booking remains provisional until we receive your confirmation, your payment or until the Pay By Date, whichever comes first.
Provisionally held tickets can be altered in number / cancelled by emailing us at help@poleconuk.org - please note that neither is possible after tickets have been confirmed / paid for.
If your provisional tickets are unpaid for at the Pay By Date, you will be considered late and liable to lose them to those on the Reserve List. Please contact us on help@poleconuk.org and we will try to help you.
Tickets, when paid for are SENT BY POST to arrive with you about 10 days before the event - they are not downloadable.
Tickets for C438 are £36.00 + VAT per delegate, per conference.
Please ask on the form at the time of provisional booking (we cannot add these afterward) - you must be on a member of our site to qualify.
